Fix or create the admin login.

First add a private ADMIN_SETUP_KEY of at least 16 characters in Hostinger environment variables. After setup succeeds, remove that environment variable.

After this works, delete ADMIN_SETUP_KEY from Hostinger and redeploy/restart the app.
